Editor 1.0.19
The first release since 1.0.18, carrying the 47 commits that landed after it: cloud project sync, viewport-first item authoring, item property toggles, multi-trigger loot tables and schema editors.
Client 1.7.15
Attacks no longer stack per-swing costs into frame drops, and the Equipment tab's weapon and amulet slots match the server's slot indices.
The Script Editor gains data and table editors for server schemas and an undocked window; item icons render straight from the item's 3D model; loot tables accept several triggers per item or object drop.
A new Creations page in the creator dashboard lists everything you have uploaded to the cloud asset library, organised into folders you control.
The server enforces stackable, tradeable and droppable item rules, publishes an ItemOnObjectEvent for modules, credits kills to the killer, and stops melee combatants stacking on one tile.
Player data is saved on a timer and on the way out rather than only on a clean disconnect, the 6-hourly backup contains actual player data, and the deploy agent drains a container before stopping it.
The item create page authors equipment placement directly in the viewport with a transform gizmo and snapshots the inventory icon from it; the Assets tab gets an icon category rail; terrain textures ship as 128/256/1024 tier files.
The Library tab is now a cloud library with a category tree for 3D, 2D and Misc assets; share models, textures, items, NPCs, maps, interfaces and audio; imports run on a threaded pipeline behind a pre-import screen and land as self-contained .scn files.
Editor 1.0.18
1.0.17 fixes the 1.0.16 crash when opening any project; 1.0.18 purges stray .import sidecars from projects and the installer removes stale template files.
Editor 1.0.16
Play Local reports which editor, client and engine ran and ships a diagnostic even for abandoned runs; the editor viewport renders at native resolution with an anti-aliasing floor.
Editor 1.0.15
Props can follow the terrain and align to its slope, painted meshes always re-seat when the ground under them changes, and developer-only top-bar buttons are hidden in the packaged editor.
New Project is a full wizard page with three starter templates (Arena, Quest, MMO), a gameplay-systems step that removes what you switch off, a tab-bar layout step, and identity/HUD setup; the GUI editor's Game Screen mode replicates the running client.
A large pass on the Vastopia MCP server adds editor-free map creation, terrain baking, water, walkability, height layers, props, animations, all twelve drop tables, building stamps, dialogue wiring, cloud asset pulls, test deploys, backups with restore, conflict detection and an audit log.
Editor 1.0.13
Editor releases and dev builds are produced by CI for Windows and macOS on every main push, Blender is found on macOS and Linux, and skill icons are embedded instead of linked by absolute path.
Policy pages, a birthdate gate, player reports with a moderation queue and platform audit log, account privacy settings, and a per-game Staff Ranks page for in-game moderator and admin ranks.
A quest system with an editor tool, runtime module and dialogue integration; private messages, friends and ignore; an AggroModule with killer-owned loot; persistent script variables; staff ranks synced from the dashboard.
Editor 1.0.12
VFX graphs can include imported models with a baked animation clip; Objects mode gains a Building tool, area-selection filters, copy/paste and batch editing; region elements re-fit to terrain after it changes.
Browse approved community assets on the website with tag chips, A–Z sorting, a 3D viewer with scale reference and AR, and branded share cards.
The GUI editor gets full undo, a snap grid with marquee selection, align and distribute tools, keyboard nudging, new palette components and an interactive preview; the Script Editor becomes an IDE with per-tab buffers and a generated API reference; the player model moves to a Rigify rig.
Deploys show step-by-step progress on the game page, a Rebuild server banner appears when automatic recovery gives up, and builds list their full download size.
An opt-in Incremental (bundles) option in the publish dialog packs assets deterministically into per-map and per-model bundles and uploads only what changed; "pack only used models" is now on by default.
Carve dungeons with auto-built walls and ceilings, create maps from a generation preview with autoshader, lighting and water presets, and manage terrain textures in a per-project library with quality tiers.
Editor 1.0.11
Stability releases that restored work lost to a bad merge, fixed the MCP server path in exported builds, and moved release uploads to a scripted pipeline.
See who is online right now and kick a player, restart or shut down the server from one panel, and upload the full-screen image the client shows while connecting.
Editor 1.0.7
The map editor moves to the official Terrain3D 1.0.2 build, fixing shipped map-tool crashes; Play Local downloads the portable client automatically and keeps it up to date.
